This commemorative model is a lot more than just a Deluxe Strat with added flair; it nails the 1954 vibe and seamlessly blends innovation and contemporary design with that sought after vintage feel. However, that's not to say that the Deluxe appointments aren't absolutely killer - the gold hardware, abalone inlays, engraved neck plate are all premium features that make the guitar feel luxurious in your hands. In addition, the Cobalt Noiseless pickups are a tremendous addition that give you all of the lively, classic single coil Strat bite without the ceaseless hum. This is an instrument that you could play all day.

Aesthetically, the guitar is beautiful to behold. It's in near mint condition, showing only very light tarnish on the hardware, and some scratches on the input jack. More importantly, this doesn't detract in any way from the tremendous playability, look and feel of the instrument.
