Description
This is number 59 of 400 Limited Edition Fender 40th Anniversary Custom Shop Precision Deluxe Bass. It is in EXC+ condition with only a few scratches on the lower bout. This bass features Lace Sensor pickups, fine-tuner bridges, 22-fret neck and active electronics (the iconic Kubicki preamp). The Anniversary upgrades include gold hardware, a quilted maple top and an ebony fretboard with side dot position markers. The original tweed case is included.
The play feel and the resonance on this bass is second to none. Unlike the majority of newer Fender basses, this one has a much more comfortable profile with slightly rolled fingerboard edges that make the overall playability infinitely faster and the higher frets more accessible. With the addition of the active pups, this bass can quickly shift from deep and mellow to a funky, aggressive slap. Incredibly versatile!
